1. What are your office hours?
> Weekdays from 09h00 - 16h00 (last appointment at 15h00)

2. Do you charge a consultation fee?
> Yes, we do charge a consultation fee of R100.00 during the week and R150.00 on weekends. |
3. Do you have a pricelist?
> We do not have a pricelist, because we have a huge variety of stationery.
> Prices also depend on a number of things, like ribbon, embellishments, types of paper, types of printing. We do a custom quote for each job.
> We prefer to design according to your budget. |
4. Do you charge a design fee if i choose one of your existing designs?
< Yes, we do charge a design fee, because we need to do the layout with your wording and redraw the map to your venue. |
5. What are your lead times?
< Depending on the quantity of invitations, normally 15-20 working days. |
6. Can you do rush jobs?
< Yes, of course! We do however charge a 10% rush fee. |
7. Can your designs be printed in different colours on different papers?
< Yes, sure. Most of our designs can almost be printed in any paper and in almost any colour.

8. Do you require a deposit?
< Yes, we require a 50% deposit upon placing the order and the balance when you collect. |
9. Are your quotation quantity sensitive?
< Yes, any changes will affect price and will be re-quoted. |
10. Do you have a courier service available?
< Yes, please contact us for a delivery fee to your area. |
